Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Manager to oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of audio visual systems in our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of audio visual technologies and be able to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the audio-visual team in executing complex installation projects and events.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present tailored audiovisual solutions.
  • Implement training programs for team members to boost efficiency.
  • Research and recommend new audio-visual technologies that enhance client experiences.
  • Maintain an inventory of audio-visual equipment and oversee maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on installations to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare project budgets and ensure cost management throughout project lifecycles.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical queries from clients and team members.
  • Ensure the team meets deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in media technology or a related field
Experience
  • Extensive experience managing audio-visual projects in various settings, especially large venues or events.
