Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will provide essential support to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with system upgrades and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries.
  • Resolve issues through remote support tools and onsite assistance.
  • Assist in developing and updating IT documentation.
  • Monitor helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other team members on IT projects and initiatives.
  • Assist users in understanding and using new technology solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support
