UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled UX Designer to join our Bristol team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centric design principles and have experience in various UX research and design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX research initiatives to understand user needs and behaviours.
• Design intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity throughout the development process.
• Perform heuristic evaluations and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the creation of design systems and style guides.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on their work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Relevant certifications in UX design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX roles

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Human-Computer Interaction Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile processes and working in Agile teams.
• Proficiency in Research Tools: Experience with tools like UserTesting and Optimal Workshop for conducting user studies.
