Job Description

As an Investment Banker at Leading Investment Firm, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on financial strategies, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as capital raising activities. This position requires not only a keen analytical mindset but also excellent communication skills to negotiate and present to high-stakes clients.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on investment opportunities and financial strategies.
  • Perform detailed financial modeling to assess potential transactions.
  • Oversee the execution of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Engage in client negotiations and meetings to secure deals.
  • Analyze market trends and create reports on investment potentials.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all transactions meet regulations.
  • Develop tailored financial strategies for diverse client portfolios.
  • Manage junior analysts and interns, providing guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in investment banking or comparable role
