Job Description

We are looking for a Public Health Specialist to develop and implement health programmes in Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for improving community health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with community members to develop culturally appropriate health initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of health programmes and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions to promote health education.
  • Support the dissemination of public health information through social media and other platforms.
  • Organize health fairs and community events to promote health services.
  • Maintain accurate records of programme activities and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field
  • Master's degree in Health Promotion is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in community outreach and health programme management
