Responsibilities

• Lead the design process, including content development and assessment strategies.

• Provide leadership in selecting and implementing learning management systems.
• Ensure instructional materials align with current educational standards.
• Mentor instructional designers and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional material development or related role
