Job Description

We are looking for an Instructional Coordinator to oversee the development and implementation of instructional programs and educational materials. This role requires a collaborative leader with a passion for enhancing learning experiences and managing a dynamic team of designers and trainers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of customised instructional materials.
• Mentor and coach team members on instructional design best practices.
• Facilitate needs assessments to determine training gaps.
• Utilise learning analytics to enhance instructional programmes.
• Ensure all instructional programmes align with organisational goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in instructional design.
• Evaluate and select appropriate educational technologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve training offerings.
• Monitor the uptake and effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all instructional materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Certification in instructional design or e-learning is highly desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
