Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for animal care. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions in pets and livestock, ensuring their health and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.
  • Perform routine and emergency surgeries.
  • Administer anaesthesia and monitor patients during procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development of veterinary protocols and policies.
  • Participate in pain management and rehabilitation of patients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science
  • Postgraduate qualification in Veterinary Medicine is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in small animal practice.
