In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating residential and commercial properties. You will perform inspections, analyse market data, and prepare thorough appraisal reports that convey your findings to clients. Responsibilities

• Evaluate residential and commercial properties through inspections.

• Develop and maintain relationships with local real estate professionals.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related discipline
• Professional certification as a Property Appraiser

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in property appraisal
