Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will handle logistics operations, ensuring that the supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. This vital role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all logistics activities related to shipping and receiving.
  • Utilize logistics software to optimize routing and scheduling.
  • Monitor carrier performance and negotiate contracts when necessary.
  • Generate reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements.
  • Train and mentor logistics staff for operational excellence.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to address logistical challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
