We are seeking a skilled Logistics Planning Manager to oversee logistics strategies and operations at our Northampton facility. The successful candidate will lead team initiatives in improving supply chain efficiencies and driving cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the logistics planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective supply chain management.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate transportation logistics.
• Utilize advanced technology solutions for logistics management.
• Conduct regular reviews of logistics operations and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance and present to senior leadership.
• Train and develop team members to enhance skills and capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Professional certifications in logistics are a plus

Experience

• 5 years of progressive experience in logistics management

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
