Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Strategy Planner to join our Bristol team. This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the performance of our retail operations, focusing on customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Create actionable insights from retail data to drive strategic planning.
  • Collaborate on the development of omnichannel strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement feedback loops from the sales floor to continuously improve strategies.
  • Present findings and ideas to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular audits of retail practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to align on strategic objectives.
  • Support sustainability initiatives within retail strategies to align with company values.
  • Lead strategic meetings to align team goals with company vision.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in strategic roles within retail or consulting
