Job Description

We are searching for a talented Music Video Director to create visually stunning music videos that capture the essence of our artists and their music. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the complete production process from initial planning through to execution, ensuring every video reflects the artist's vision.

Responsibilities

• Create storyboards and shot lists aligned with the artist's vision for the music video.
• Coordinate with sound and lighting technicians to achieve the desired visual effects.
• Conduct auditions and cast suitable talents for video roles.
• Implement feedback from artists and stakeholders during the editing process.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during filming.
• Foster a positive working relationship with all crew members and artists.
• Utilise video editing software to cut and arrange scenes seamlessly.
• Conduct regular meetings with the production team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Adapt and improvise during filming to handle unforeseen challenges.
• Mentor junior staff and interns in video production techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field
• Professional certification in video production is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in music video production
