Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Pattern Grader Cutter to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of pattern grading and cutting techniques, and have a flair for interpreting design specifications into functional patterns. You will collaborate closely with our design team to ensure that our garments are crafted to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and grade patterns based on design specifications and technical requirements.
• Use CAD software to digitize, modify, and manipulate patterns.
• Conduct pattern fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired fit and aesthetics.
• Work closely with the Sample Machinists to ensure that patterns are translated correctly into garments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technology related to pattern cutting and grading.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Professional qualification in fashion design or related field
• Master's degree in Fashion Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the fashion industry specifically in pattern grading and cutting.
