Job Description

As an Art Program Supervisor, you will play a vital role in shaping the artistic landscape of Motherwell. You will coordinate with artists and community members to design and implement engaging workshops and events that celebrate arts and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organisation and delivery of arts-related projects.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during activities.
  • Support artist residencies and outreach programs.
  • Gather and analyse participant feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives that foster inclusivity and diversity in art.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Arts, Humanities or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in community arts programming
