Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team in Manchester. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure a seamless user experience. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in delivering exceptional design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging designs that enhance user interactions.
• Utilise user data and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Work closely with marketing to align design with brand strategy.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorm sessions with team members.
• Produce detailed specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate on user journey mapping and service design activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or related area
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar UX/UI role with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• InVision
• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
• Interaction Design Foundation Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent
