Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels and systems, ensuring the utmost quality and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels to meet project deadlines.
• Perform testing and quality checks of completed systems.
• Work with electrical engineers to refine assembly processes.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly work.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Implement feedback from supervisors to enhance quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training for new hire assemblers.
• Ensure usage of correct tools and equipment for assembly.
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or apprenticeship in electrical assembly or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical control panel assembly.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience with PLC programming: Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
