Job Description

The Mixing and Blending Machine Setter will operate and maintain machinery in the production of pulp and paper products. The ideal candidate must handle physical demands and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machinery settings based on product specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and coordinate repairs with maintenance team.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report any equipment issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in machinery operation preferred

Experience

• Experience working with pulp and paper products is advantageous.
