Job Description

We are searching for an IT Support Technician to join our Leeds-based team. This role requires hands-on experience in providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive in resolving user queries and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for IT support.
  • Support the migration of systems and software updates.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on technology trends.
  • Ensure end-user satisfaction through exceptional service.

Requirements

Education
  • IT-related certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support.
