We are looking for a skilled and experienced motorcycle racer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for competing in races, training, and maintaining your motorcycle to ensure peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing race strategies in collaboration with team members.
• Participating in team meetings to evaluate performance metrics.
• Managing relationships with sponsors and media.
• Understanding and applying motorcycle mechanics and technology effectively.
• Engaging with fans through social media and team events.
• Assisting in the set-up of bikes before races.
• Testing motorcycle performance during practice sessions.

Requirements

Experience

• Professional racing experience in various disciplines is an advantage.
