Bandoleer Straightener Stamper

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bandoleer Straightener Stamper to ensure efficient production processes by straightening and stamping bandoleers. This role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless production flow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient straightening and stamping of bandoleers.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any manufacturing defects.
• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other production staff to meet daily targets.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate reports.
• Train new staff on bandoleer handling and production standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to management.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production challenges and improvements.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of bandoleers.
• Participate in quality assurance inspections.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required. Training will be provided.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging role: Experience in a similar environment will be beneficial.

• Experience operating stamping or straightening machinery: Hands-on experience with relevant machinery is advantageous.
