A dial maker is responsible for designing and producing dials for various instruments such as clocks, measuring tools, and gauges. The role requires precision, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. Ideal candidates should possess solid experience in manufacturing processes, particularly in dial creation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire dial production process from conception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Document production processes and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and equipment for dial production.
• Maintain an organised workspace ensuring a clutter-free environment.

Requirements

Education

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in dial making or related fields required
