Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components. You will play a key role in our projects, ensuring designs are functional, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from conception to completion.
• Perform failure analysis and develop solutions for mechanical issues.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into engineering solutions.
• Review and approve engineering documents and reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Thermodynamics

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
