Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Plymouth. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience in administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and management of multiple databases to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the creation of data reports and presentations.
  • Provide assistance to colleagues and management regarding data queries.
  • Maintain records of data input and validation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the preparation of internal communications and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
