Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to lead our warehouse team in Watford. Your responsibilities will include managing stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring that all operations adhere to health and safety standards. This position is pivotal in supporting our logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all warehouse operational procedures, including picking, packing, and shipping goods.
• Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and manage orders efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment.
• Assist in the development of warehouse layout to optimize workflow.
• Monitor and report on quality control issues, ensuring product standards are met.

Requirements

Education

• A-Level or equivalent qualification
• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Stock Management Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
