Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate finance principles and have a proven track record of driving financial performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial statements.
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to the board regarding business decisions affecting profitability.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including investment management and banking relationships.
  • Enhance financial processes and systems for improved reporting and operational effectiveness.
  • Support fundraising activities and manage investor relations.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team to improve capabilities and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Master’s in Business Administration or similar is advantageous
Experience
  • 10+ years of comprehensive finance experience, including significant managerial roles
