Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerks to join our team. In this role, you will conduct research, analyse policy issues, and develop recommendations. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse insurance claims to determine appropriate action.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all claims.
  • Review policy guidelines and recommend necessary changes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align objectives.
  • Conduct workshops to enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop presentations based on policy recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in insurance claims processing or policy analysis
