Auto Damage Insurance Appraiser

Job Description

We are seeking an Auto Damage Insurance Appraiser to evaluate vehicle damage and provide accurate repair estimates for insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and repair shops to facilitate a smooth insurance process.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance policies to ensure compliance during appraisals.
• Utilize electronic estimating software to create detailed reports.
• Assist in training junior appraisers on best practices and industry standards.
• Engage with clients to clarify the appraisal process and address concerns effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as an Auto Damage Appraiser (ADA) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in insurance or automotive appraisal.
