Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mattress and Boxsprings Supervisor to oversee our production line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mattress and boxsprings manufacturing, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the mattress production line.
• Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded during production.
• Develop training programs for new staff members.
• Track performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Facilitate communication between different departments to address production challenges.
• Update inventory systems and assist in raw material orders.
• Establish and maintain a safe and organised work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
