Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pager to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively. The Pager will be essential in receiving calls, messages, and alerts, and relaying them to the appropriate departments promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of communication strategies.
  • Support team members in relaying urgent information during emergencies.
  • Utilize software and paging systems for effective communication.
  • Provide feedback on communication processes to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in healthcare communication is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a healthcare or emergency services environment preferred.
