Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Neuropsychologist to assess and treat clients experiencing a range of psychological issues. The ideal candidate will develop tailored treatment plans and provide high-quality psychological support within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client mental health through standardised psychological testing and observations.
  • Formulate and execute therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to enhance social skills and mental health support.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to optimise client care.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of client records and treatment plans.
  • Stay updated with current psychological practices and advancements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and trainees within the organisation.
  • Engage in the evaluation and improvement of clinical practices.
  • Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients to promote recovery.
  • Participate in public health initiatives and community outreach programmes.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Psychology (D. Psy or PhD)
  • Registered with a recognised professional body (e.g. HCPC, BPS)
Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in a clinical setting
