Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations within the healthcare setting.
  • Ensure a high standard of patient care and service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor administrative processes for efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of healthcare administrative staff.
  • Manage patient inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Support the compliance team in audits and inspections.
  • Contribute to the budget planning and financial management.
  • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Implement health initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is advantageous
