Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration of healthcare services, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments and manage waiting lists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for patient care.
  • Assist in the development of healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventories and order medical supplies as needed.
  • Implement and manage electronic health record systems.
  • Provide support during patient admissions and discharges.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with external healthcare agencies and referrals.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance within the facility.
  • Develop reports for senior management on operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management roles
