Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of healthcare projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and healthcare teams.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of administrative processes.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to improve service offerings.
  • Support the implementation of healthcare IT systems.
  • Ensure the office environment supports patient and staff needs efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of community health initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a healthcare focus
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role within healthcare
