Job Description

We are looking for a Health and Wellness Coordinator who will be instrumental in creating and managing wellness initiatives that boost the physical and mental health of our employees. The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure our wellness programs are engaging and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Administer wellness programs that promote overall health and fitness within the organization.
  • Facilitate health screenings and assessments to effectively gauge employee wellness.
  • Provide ongoing education regarding wellness topics through various mediums such as newsletters and talks.
  • Manage partnerships with health service providers to enhance program offerings.
  • Document and report on the outcomes of health initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback on wellness programs and adapt accordingly.
  • Promote mental health awareness through relevant programs and resource availability.
  • Research new wellness trends and innovative approaches to employee health.
  • Execute health-related communication campaigns to raise awareness of available resources.
  • Build a culture of health by driving participation in wellness challenges and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • Certifications in health coaching or similar disciplines are a plus
Experience
  • Experience in conducting health assessments and screenings
