Job Description

A Pulmonary Physician is essential in diagnosing and treating patients with respiratory illnesses. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care for patients suffering from conditions like asthma, COPD, and lung cancer.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing patients with respiratory diseases.
• Conducting bronchoscopies and managing diagnostic tests.
• Creating and overseeing patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Continuously educating patients and families on disease management.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Involved in research projects and clinical studies.
• Delivering high-quality, empathetic care to all patients.
• Providing guidance and support to nursing and allied health staff.
• Engaging in professional development and ongoing education.

Requirements

Education

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of a fellowship in pulmonary medicine is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience in pulmonary medicine, including advanced pulmonary conditions.
