Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Network Security Manager to join our Grimsby team. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of robust security protocols to safeguard our network infrastructure and sensitive data, playing a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain engineering solutions at customer locations.
• Provide expert troubleshooting assistance on-site for clients.
• Record detailed service logs and reports in the company database.
• Work closely with engineers to improve service efficiency.
• Conduct customer training sessions on equipment usage.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Consistently uphold company safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• HNC/HND in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• Experience in field service and project management is advantageous
