Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Glasgow office. This role involves providing first-line support to clients and staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support.
  • Document and track all support requests in a ticketing system.
  • Ensure user satisfaction with IT services provided.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Perform regular backups and data recovery procedures.
  • Engage with vendors for IT-related services and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks or related field
  • Additional certifications in IT support are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT technical support
