Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our compassionate team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and assist in enhancing patient outcomes through dedicated service.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and families.
  • Implement infection control measures and promote patient safety.
  • Contribute to departmental meetings and reviews.
  • Champion best practice in nursing and patient care.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Nursing qualification registered with the NMC
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
