Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our Chester team. You will be responsible for managing clinical trial logistics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and streamlining operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in clinical research and exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement operational plans for clinical trials, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with investigators and site coordinators to maintain compliance with clinical trial protocols.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on study progress and results for stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain a system for tracking study performance metrics.
  • Coordinate logistics for clinical trial materials and resources.
  • Engage in problem-solving activities to address challenges that arise during trials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
  • Master's degree or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or trial management
