Job Description

As an Environmental Impact Analyst, you will assess the environmental effects of various projects and developments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and sustainability practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a commitment to environmental conservation.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret environmental legislation relevant to projects.
• Create and maintain databases of environmental impact assessments.
• Engage in environmental audits and compliance assessments.
• Develop educational materials to promote environmental awareness.
• Conduct field surveys to collect environmental data.
• Coordinate with external agencies for project approvals and permits.
• Assist in the development of environmental management plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Conservation Biology or related field
• A Master's degree in Environmental Policy is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in environmental research or consultancy

Certifications

• Lead Auditor for ISO 14001
• Certified Environmental Professional (CEP)
