We are currently seeking a skilled Photographic Process Worker to join our team. In this role, you will efficiently operate photo machines and ensure the highest quality of photo processing for our clients. Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of quality control throughout the processing cycle.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to improve processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding their photo printing requirements.
• Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in photo processing.
• Utilize photo editing software to enhance images if required.
• Stay updated on advancements in photographic technology.
• Support team efforts in achieving production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a printing or photography environment

Technical Skills

• Photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
• Printing software (e.g., PrintShop)

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills

Advantageous

• Experience with photo kiosks: Familiarity with self-service photo kiosks for customer use.
