Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental screening processes for new projects.
  • Design and implement vegetation and wildlife surveys.
  • Collaborate with local authorities on environmental initiatives.
  • Provide input for policy development relating to sustainability.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation measures.
  • Prepare technical documents for regulatory approvals.
  • Support community education about environmental conservation.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with NGOs and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of practical experience in environmental consultancy or research
