Tube Inspector

Job Description

As a Tube Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. You will conduct thorough inspections and tests, interpreting results to maintain the highest standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough visual inspections and manage non-destructive testing processes.
• Document and communicate inspection results to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in regular quality assurance meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Implement quality control measures to enhance production efficiency.
• Support the quality control team in developing best practices for tube inspection.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new techniques into inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Quality Control or a related field
• Relevant Certification in NDT preferred

Experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

Technical Skills

• Inspection Software
• Data Interpretation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with quality management systems (QMS): Proven experience in implementing and monitoring QMS standards.
• Auditing experience: Experience conducting internal audits and inspections.
