Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bridges and Buildings Supervisor to lead the construction, maintenance, and repair of various structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that arise during construction.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory standards.
  • Implement best practices in project management and site safety.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address concerns.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Professional certifications in construction management (preferred)
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in a construction role, including supervisory responsibilities.
