Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Manager to lead our projects in Swansea. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all phases of construction from inception to completion.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily on-site operations and report on progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges and solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for all project phases.
  • Ensure appropriate site safety measures are followed at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional certifications in construction management are preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
