Job Description

As a Tire Builder, you'll play a crucial role in our production team by re-manufacturing tires to high safety standards. Your responsibilities will include inspecting used tires, applying new rubber tread, and ensuring that all products are ready for re-use, helping to promote sustainability within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop aerodynamic models and simulations for product testing.
  • Evaluate and implement aerodynamic improvements in existing systems.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to streamline the development process.
  • Present findings in written reports and during project meetings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies in aerodynamics.
  • Support client inquiries regarding aerodynamic performance and product improvements.
  • Utilise CFD software to analyse airflow and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and training to new team members and interns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace applications.

Languages

Advantageous

  • Experience with UAVs or drones: Background in aerodynamic design for unmanned aerial vehicles.
