Job Description

As a Game Developer at our Lancaster office, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and building high-quality gaming experiences. This role requires a passion for video games and a keen sense of creativity, working within a collaborative environment to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Architect game systems and develop prototypes for new ideas.
• Update existing games with new features and content.
• Manage version control systems and document project progress.
• Assure the quality of newly developed features through testing.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices in programming.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development to keep team standards high.
• Prepare reports on project status and communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Game Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years' experience in the gaming industry

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
