Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in Birmingham. In this role, you will provide patient-focused care, perform examinations, and manage treatment plans while working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You will play an essential role in promoting health, educating patients, and improving health outcomes in our communities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients with chronic illnesses.
• Collaborate with physicians for complex case management.
• Implement preventive health strategies in line with NHS guidelines.
• Conduct follow-up evaluations to monitor patient progress.
• Participate in health seminars and workshops.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Advocate for patient care within the healthcare system.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Specialization in Family Practice or similar is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role.
