Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to manage the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating administrative functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting staff in delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations.
  • Manage the flow of information between staff and patients.
  • Ensure medical records are up to date and compliant.
  • Assist in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new administrative staff.
  • Implement policy changes as directed by management.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Monitor inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Support multidisciplinary team meetings and activities.
  • Enhance patient experience through effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration
